Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in PAYA LEBAR, Singapore. The role involves providing administrative and executive support, managing day-to-day schedules, maintaining communication, and coordinating meetings and appointments. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical tasks and ensuring the efficient operation of office processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organizing tasks, managing calendars, and maintaining records

Excellent skills in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership in managing workflows and priorities

Strong communication and phone etiquette skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively

Clerical skills, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining filing systems

Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently

Familiarity with office software tools and systems

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
