Job Description

Responsibilities:


• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Attend online meetings and take minutes of meetings.
• Write and send emails.
• Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain filing systems.
• Coordinate with the procurement officer.
• Research new deals and suppliers.
• Stock control including office and furniture supplies.
• Maintain contact lists.


Candidate qualifications:
• Undergraduate is eligible (Preferred to be a master's student)
• University majors: Business Administration, Marketing, Management, and Accounting
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printing, scanning, and copying.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English language.
• Good social spirit is a must
Internship duration: 450 hours


Work scheduled: from Monday to Friday (Minimum 3 days per week)
Minimum of 5 hours per day within 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM (Flexible time)
