Business Analysis Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business Analysis Analyst to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
The Product Business Analyst/Product Owner will facilitate and manage projects by serving as a liaison for users and developers. This role is responsible for uncovering areas for improvement, communicating goals, and evaluating results as requested.
**Responsibilities**:
- Defining the development/delivery process for system upgrades and feature releases.
- Uncovering areas for improvement then developing and implementing solutions, ensuring said solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Making prioritization and requirement decisions in line with overall strategic vision.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Creating development tickets from the gathered requirements and pushing those feature developments through to delivery.
