Overview

Lead the business analysis activities for the Mezzanine Debt solution implementation, including working with other BAs, Product, and UX partners for this technically complex solution.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document mezzanine financing-specific business requirements from stakeholders, including credit analysts, risk managers, and operations teams.
• Analyze business requirements to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the current debt processing workflow.
• Conduct gap analysis with Business Partners to assess the differences between the current state and the desired state of the system, highlighting areas for enhancement.
• Work closely with technical teams (Product Managers, User Experience, Architect, Developers, Testers) to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of product features.
