Business Analyst (Application Support)

Bridging the gap between customer and developer

Provide advice and consultation to customer to enhance their business processes

Assist in managing the project progress

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in system requirement gathering
• Perform configurations based on user requirements
• Carry out testing based on test scenarios
• Produce quality documents related to projects, i.e. functional requirements document, technical specifications, training materials.
• Conduct training to internal team or to customers
• Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science and related discipline is required
• Prior experience in Cards, Bank operations or Payments-related divisions is preferable
