  • Performs requirements gathering from customer teams on the detailed process mapping and involves IT and automation teams where required to further identify and qualify opportunities ​ 
  • Refines complexity of automation process and creates deployment plan ​ 
  • Works with the Business to identify process improvement opportunities for maximum impact and solution quality / integrity ​ 
  • Creates the process definition documentation and process maps used for automation to hand over to the automation development team​
