Job Description:
  • The Business Analyst supports user acceptance testing, requirements documentation, issue tracking, and process analysis.
  • This role collaborates with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements, assist with user training, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting needs.
  • The Business Analyst also contributes to project status monitoring and assists in creating well-organized documentation.
  • Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to organize stakeholder meetings.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience:
