The Business Analyst supports user acceptance testing, requirements documentation, issue tracking, and process analysis. This role collaborates with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements, assist with user training, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting needs. The Business Analyst also contributes to project status monitoring and assists in creating well-organized documentation. Requirement/Must Have: Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to organize stakeholder meetings. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
