We are looking for passionate Senior Business Analyst to join our team and collaborate closely with our customers in the domestic and international public sector IT projects.

A Day in the Life of a Business Analyst will include

  • Lead business requirements gathering and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, KPIs, and requirements
  • Analyze current business processes and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful solutions
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
  • Manage product backlog, participate in iteration and release planning, and actively engage in agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery and improvement
  • Develop Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrixes to monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all requirements are met
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and training activities.
  • Ensure alignment with data governance policies and Azure-based AI project scope
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

    • Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
  • Familiarity with data governance, AI, and cloud platforms
  • Experience as a business analyst in Cloud, AI and data analytics projects
  • Experience in documenting business requirements for cloud, AI and data analytics projects within Azure
  • Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects
  • Experience in requirements development and management in software development projects during the whole software development life cycle
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and project team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)

    • Additional Qualifications, knowledge and skills:

    Must have a relevant certifications:

  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis – PMI-PBA, or
  • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional – CBAP;

    • Nice to have:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
  • Relevant certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies (, PMP, PRINCE2) is considered an asset
