Job Description

We are currently seeking a Junior–Mid level Business Analyst to support a major State Government program within their Digital Channels team. This role offers excellent exposure across Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the Adelaide Metro website, and digital enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary contact within the Digital Channels team for capturing CRM and digital enhancement requests.
  • Provide guidance on Microsoft Dynamics CRM capabilities, digital processes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships through regular workshops and engagement sessions to understand user experience and gather feedback.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit business requirements.
