ICT Business Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Work with clients to define business and system requirements across a wide spectrum of business systems
• Support end-to-end delivery of ICT projects in collaboration with project managers, technical teams, and software vendors
• Develop solution cost estimates, evaluation criteria, and test plans
• Coordinate testing activities and support issue remediation with vendors
• Design and deliver training to ensure successful client adoption of deployed solutions
