  • Understand and document how acquired companies run their sales, marketing, and customer processes.
  • Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

    • Process Mapping & Requirements

  • Compare current vs. standard processes.
  • Define future workflows and document requirements for systems like Salesforce and billing too...
