Business Analyst

We’re looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join a collaborative, agile delivery environment where you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving business and technology solutions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyse current processes, design future-state solutions, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive real outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, tailoring communication styles to suit different audiences
• Analyse and document “as-is” and “to-be” business processes and models
• Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts, including:
• Functional and non-functional requirements
• Business models and process documentation
• User stories, features, and Product Backlog Items (PBIs)
