Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow IT to lead requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation for ongoing Airtel Helix Migrations project.

The candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment of requirements with business objective Key

Responsibilities:

Engage with business users, process owners, and stakeholders to gather, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements for Helix Smart IT and related modules.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand business processes and pain points. Analyse existing ITSM processes and recommend optimisations aligned with BMC best practices.

Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories. Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

Assist in creating wireframes, workflows, and process diagrams for clarity in requirements. Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with testers, and validating delivered functionalities. Provide functional support during deployment and post-go-live phases.

Act as the primary liaison between client teams and technical delivery teams.
