Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with all the stakeholders, identify and track appropriate performance metrics, key performance indicators and associated numbers for the business verticals
  • Creating automated dashboards for various functions and leadership teams to track the real time performance
  • Share timely automated reports to the respective stakeholders/city teams for their action and visibility
  • Create algorithms to extract the required information from the user base
  • Develop metrics and action points that can be used to drive the performance improvement and scalability decisions across the organization
  • Work with large Datasets, automate data extraction. Build monitoring/reporting dashboards, high-value, and automated Business Intelligence solutions
  • Prioritize and communicate user needs, make recommendations and drive implementation for product or process changes. Identify and prioritize top challenges and key strategic growth opportunities
  • Goto person for all the data related help in the organization Experience & Skills


Experience & Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands on experience with SQL, R and Excel/Sheets
  • Good understanding of mobile and internet products


Qualifications

  • B.Tech from a premium university with 1–3 years of experience in the analytics domain
  • Preferred industries: Retail, FinTech, startups, eCommerce
