Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with all the stakeholders, identify and track appropriate performance metrics, key performance indicators and associated numbers for the business verticals
- Creating automated dashboards for various functions and leadership teams to track the real time performance
- Share timely automated reports to the respective stakeholders/city teams for their action and visibility
- Create algorithms to extract the required information from the user base
- Develop metrics and action points that can be used to drive the performance improvement and scalability decisions across the organization
- Work with large Datasets, automate data extraction. Build monitoring/reporting dashboards, high-value, and automated Business Intelligence solutions
- Prioritize and communicate user needs, make recommendations and drive implementation for product or process changes. Identify and prioritize top challenges and key strategic growth opportunities
- Goto person for all the data related help in the organization Experience & Skills
Experience & Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands on experience with SQL, R and Excel/Sheets
- Good understanding of mobile and internet products
Qualifications
- B.Tech from a premium university with 1–3 years of experience in the analytics domain
- Preferred industries: Retail, FinTech, startups, eCommerce
