Business Analyst – Banking Data (CASA / FLEXCUBE, Data Migration)

We are looking for a Banking Data / Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) and exposure to data migration and/or data warehouse projects . The ideal candidate may come from a CASA/FLEXCUBE functional background or a banking data BA role , with hands-on involvement in analyzing source systems and supporting data migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional SME for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
• Analyze CASA data from core banking systems (preferably FLEXCUBE)
• Support data migration and DWH initiatives , including:
• Source-to-target mapping (STTM)
• Data validation and reconciliation
• Data gap and impact analysis
• Work closely with technical teams to explain CASA data structures and business rules
