Qualification / Experience

Essential

· Graduate with 5-10 years of experience

· Prior experience in role of business analyst within Agile projects

· Good understanding of Asset Finance and Fleet Finance domain

· Working knowledge of software technologies and banking applications

· Capability of deploying solutions and using templates & frameworks.

· Knowledge of process mapping methodology and terminology using BPM platform

· Strong analytical skills with ability to identify process improvement opportunities

· Good knowledge and experience of using MS Office applications incl. MS word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project Plan, MS Visio

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with very good presentation skills

· Possess effective problem-solving skills and have the ability to deliver timely resolution.

Position Description, Roles & Responsibilities

· Exhibit and deploy in projects, strong domain understanding of the BFSI domain life cycle

· Functional experience in Asset Finance and Fleet Finance processes

· Capture user stories/business requirements, create As-Is process maps, conduct GAP analysis and create To-Be process maps in templates as provided by TCS / client

· Analyze client data and construct working business models aligned to the requirements

· Assist Product Owner in writing user stories/requirement and acceptance criteria

· Identify KPIs and process risk parameters

· Present the findings in a concise and accurate manner

· Contribute to transformation projects

· Provide the inputs in a timely and precise manner

· Support UAT and PVT activities

· Stakeholder Management & Reporting

· Work as a team player and motivate, inspire colleagues for optimum performance and output
