We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with ~7 years of experience, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and healthcare domain. The role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions in an Agile environment, ensuring MS D365 implementations aligned with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business & functional requirements
- Act as liaison between business users and technical teams for MS D365
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand-ups, reviews)
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlogs (JIRA/Azure Dev Ops)
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Support UAT, training, and change management
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR
- Drive automation using MS D365 features

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 7–9 years as Business Analyst (Healthcare)
- 3–5 years hands-on MS Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O)
- Agile experience
- Healthcare workflows, data standards & compliance
- Tools: JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, MS Office
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
