job Description: Business Analyst (ERPNext Suite – HRMS Module)
Objective
Support the design, configuration, implementation, and stabilization of ERPNext modules (HRMS & Finance) for Government Departments/Organizations. Ensure operational processes, statutory compliance, and financial controls are digitized in line with e-Governance standards. Experience in Urban Development is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct system review and gap analysis of current HRMS implementation.
Work with stakeholders across departments and Urban Local Bodies.
Document processes (employee lifecycle, payroll, leave, attendance, claims, benefits, service book, financial flows).
Prepare As-Is and To-Be documentation.
Translate business requirements into ERPNext configurations (HRMS & Finance).
Develop functional test cases, UAT scripts, and validate scenarios.
Plan and support implementation across multiple Urban Local Bodies.
Create SOPs, user manuals, training ...
