Role Description
Business Analyst – Equity Swaps
Role Purpose
The Sr. Business Analyst will support the Equity Swaps programme, working closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology. The role focuses on understanding business requirements, ensuring end‑to‑end alignment, and supporting the delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives related to equity derivatives.

Key Responsibilities
BAU & Functional Support

• Provide BAU support, enhancements, and other initiatives across the end‑to‑end Equity Swaps process.
• Support to be delivered in US time (11:00–20:00 CET / Spanish Time).
• Partner with Front Office (Trading and Sales) to understand business needs and priorities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across the trade lifecycle.
