Business Analyst

What will you be doing in this role?

• Elicit, understand and challenge business needs from multiple stakeholders to ensure clear, feasible and value-driven requirements. Derive requirements from the existing solution.
• Gather, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they are complete, consistent and ready for development.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Propose practical solutions by defining expected system behaviour and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Map client requirements to system capabilities, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal design.
