What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with key functions such as IT, Training, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Sales to implement tailored solutions
• Assess business needs and provide detailed requirements for proposed solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert and internal advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Lead discussions to identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Participate in project meetings on system enhancements and new implementations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of five years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in logistics or technology leadership
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to translate business requirements to IT teams and ensure alignment with technical solutions
• Strong data acumen with the ability to analyze trends and develop action plans
