Focus Systems is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Change & Release Management) for a contract engagement supporting security initiatives within a Saskatchewan-based healthcare information system crown corporation.

  • Location: Remote within Canada
  • Extensions: Up to two (2) additional 12-month terms

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will support a wide range of organizational initiatives with a strong focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM) and IT Change & Release Management in a healthcare environment. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills to support security‑related projects, ensure effective stakeholder engagement, and enable successful adoption of technical and process changes.
