Job Description

  • Coordinate and conduct activities to support the unit operational requirements and initiatives, ensuring alignment with Division/Branch/Unit goals and objectives.

  • Provide analytical and business support through data/statistical/operational analysis and policy option analysis.

  • Project Management – Work closely with designated product owner staff in Strategic Design and Technology Integration Branch and Digital Development and Delivey team to support initiatives to improve service delivery and align with business plans.

  • Provide business analysis services for planning, feasibility, requirements, business case development, and process modeling for the unit and related services.

  • Transitional Management – Manage organizational change resulting from enabling technology and process reengineering.
