About The Role
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in enabling revenue growth through operational rigor, data accuracy, and meaningful performance insights. This role will be hands‑on in HubSpot and Gong, building the reporting foundation, systems, and workflows required for Sales and Marketing to operate efficiently and predictably.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and passionate about turning data into actions that improve pipeline progression, revenue performance, and sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, optimise, and maintain dashboards and reporting within HubSpot to track KPIs across the entire revenue funnel
- Own CRM governance and data hygiene to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Analyse Gong insights to identify trends in customer conversations and support sales coaching and enablement
- Drive operational improvements by identifying conversion bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements
- Automate workflows and enablement processes within HubSpot to streamline GTM execution
- Support revenue forecasting and performance reviews with accurate data and scenario modelling
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance lead quality, stage progression, and SLA adherence
- Evaluate and implement tools and integrations that enhance GTM operational efficiency and scale
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analysis within SaaS
- Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot (reporting, automation, lifecycle management, data structure)
- Hands‑on experience using Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools to drive performance improvements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into prioritised decisions
- High attention to detail with ownership of data quality and process consistency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across GTM functions
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities and expectations
Pay Range
80,000 - 100,000 CAD per year (Remote (Canada))
