Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in a variety of technology uplift projects. Your expertise will help shape the future of our technology landscape by analysing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse and map current and future state processes.
  • Identify opportunities for technology improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and feedback.
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.

    • Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the federal government sector.
  • Strong understanding of technology uplift projects and their impact on business processes (BPMN).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
