TCS Gurgaon hiring for Business Analyst Capital Markets !!!!!

Role: Business Analyst Capital Markets

Experience required: 8 to 10 years

Location:- Gurgaon

Required functional Skillset:-

• Have strong d functional background and understanding of banking products Implementation.
• Understands the complete lifecycle of Corporate Actions Manages Cost and Budgets

Must Have Skills:-

• Understands the complete lifecycle of Corporate Actions
• Have worked in automation of Corporate Actions with financial institutions in similar capacity
• Experience in SWIFT MT and MX messages
• Understand the integration model of A Corporate Actions system
• Understand the nuances of working with custodians, asset managers & investment banking

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of business process
• Have sound understanding of Capital market business model
• Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST
• Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
• Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.
• Coordinates onsite and offshore teams in order to keep the track of deliveries.
• Provide review on critical dependencies on the program (both functional and technical)
• Monitor the gaps and make right escalation to stakeholders.
