Business Analyst

Overview

The Client a Business Analyst – Project Lead to support modernization initiatives for Public Health Financial and Administrative systems. This is a newly created role focused on analyzing current and future state systems, supporting migrations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.

The candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, IT leadership, system owners, and subject matter experts to drive project execution, documentation, testing, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Analyze and document current and future state business processes for financial and administrative systems

Perform data analysis and data mining using Excel and SQL to support reporting and decision-making
