Business Analyst

• Working Days: Mondays to Fridays if Mid or Night Shift; Tuesdays to Saturdays if Morning Shift
• Available Shift Options (You may choose): PH Morning shift 6 AM, PH Mid shift 5PM or PH Night shift 10 PM

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will support both presales initiatives and project delivery across multiple client engagements. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

When involved in pre-sale activities, the Business Analyst will work closely with Project Managers and engineering teams to support scope definition, estimation, and execution, and is expected to manage multiple projects concurrently using Agile/Scrum and waterfall delivery models.
