Business Analyst – Customer Journey Mapping
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) to support our Data Product team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the data product team to understand requirements, leveraging strong data interpretation and transformation skills.
- Analyze large datasets to derive customer insights.
- Map and optimize end‑to‑end customer journeys; experience in commercial lending is a plus.
- Support large customer migration programs, including analysis, E2E roadmap creation, and migration event coordination.
Must‑Have:
- Customer Journey Mapping experience.
