Business Analyst – Customer Journey Mapping
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) to support our Data Product team .
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the data product team to understand requirements, leveraging strong data interpretation and transformation skills.
Analyze large datasets to derive customer insights.
Map and optimize end‑to‑end customer journeys ; experience in commercial lending is a plus.
Support large customer migration programs , including analysis, E2E roadmap creation, and migration event coordination.
Must‑Have:
Customer Journey Mapping experience.
Good to Have:
Hands‑on experience with large datasets and data transformation .
Exposure to commercial lending processes.
Experience in customer migration programs .
