Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst who will play a key role in translating business needs into clear, structured, and actionable functional requirements. This role contributes directly to the design of scalable solutions that optimize both current and future organizational processes, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
What you will work on
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key users and stakeholders.
Analyze and map current processes (As Is) and design optimized future-state processes (To Be).
Prepare clear and detailed functional and technical requirements documentation.
Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Validate that functional designs and technical solutions meet business requirements.
Participate actively in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy, ensuring full requirement coverage.
