Job Description
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Primary IS&T contact in the dedicated business function (PP).
Gathering business requirements across all the dedicated business functions.
2nd Level Support for Business Application Incidents.
Identification of Risks, bottlenecks and issues in support and project delivery.
Initiation of mitigation measures to avoid manufacturing operations impacts.
Ensure business preparedness for business & IT deployments.
Identify the underlying causes of recurring problems and find permanent solutions.
Play a pivotal role in guiding and executing change initiatives, offer visibility into risks and vulnerabilities for IT operations.
