Business Analyst (Contract Basis)

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support business operations, analyse processes, and deliver insights through data and systems analysis. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, supporting multiple projects, and using tools such as Power BI to support reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support, including involvement in people and operations management activities where required.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and reporting formats.
• Analyse business processes and system workflows, and construct workflow charts and diagrams to document requirements and system behaviour.
