About the Role
We are seeking a **CRM Business Analyst (Dynamics 365)** who can combine the skills of a **Senior Business Analyst** and **Project Manager**. This role is focused on implementing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM while managing project reporting and BAU enhancements. You will collaborate closely with project managers, Microsoft developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the CRM system is aligned with business needs and delivers maximum value.
