What’s the role?

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong change and implementation mindset to support the delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives across Customer Solutions.

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this role plays a key part in taking initiatives from concept through to implementation, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

• Proven experience in business analysis, change management, process improvement or an implementation lead role
