Job Title: Business Analyst Cybersecurity

Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong focus on cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that cybersecurity considerations are integrated into all phases of project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, with an emphasis on cybersecurity impacts.
• Translate business objectives into clear and concise technical specifications.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, design, testing, and implementation.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance cybersecurity posture.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or cybersecurity-related domains.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Experience facilitating workshops, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working on cybersecurity-focused initiatives or within security-sensitive environments.
• Familiarity with security tools, risk assessments, or regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
