Business Analyst

BroadReach are seeking a Business Analyst specialised in the New Payments Platform (NPP) to drive the adoption of real-time payment solutions, bridging business needs with technical specifications for faster, 24/7 financial transactions. They focus on ISO 20022 messaging, PayID, PayTo services, and reducing reliance on legacy systems (BECS) to improve transaction security and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Definition: Analysing and documenting functional/non-functional requirements for real-time payments, including API integrations, message formats, and data standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with business stakeholders, banks, financial institutions, and internal technical teams to map processes, including PayTo initiation and enhanced data capabilities.
