The Job
The Business Analyst, Data & Analytics will manage requirements for intake into the Data and Analytics team. You will act as an advocate for business stakeholders and a liaison between the business and technical teams (including third party vendors) to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. You will provide data, analysis and reporting that is accurate, relevant, reliable, and ensure the information is easily accessible to all appropriate users for direct consumption or integration with other systems.

The successful individual must understand the business context and how data can used to create value. An effective Business Analyst is one who understands needs and can recommend holistic solutions including how best to extract imperfect data using tactics and tools available to make the information as objective as possible.
