**Scrum Master**
**Requirements**:
- Advanced conversational English
- 3+ years of BA experience with any of CRM platforms is preferred
- 3+ Years of CRM (D365) Support Experience
- 3+ Years Data Analysis Experience
- Well versed in SQL and Relational Databases:
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience of Azure DevOps, Jira or a similar solution
- Agile SAFe certified, or a similar Agile certification would be advantageous
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills
- High motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM System is a great plus.
- Implementation or migration experience with any CRM or ERP project.
