Business Analyst – Digital Analytics & BI (Proyecto)

BC Tecnología is seeking a Business Analyst for a project contract in a hybrid arrangement at Mall Alto Las Condes, Chile. The role involves analyzing web/app user behavior across multiple countries, defining and implementing tagging strategies (GTM), performing QA of markup and technical tracking with development teams, building dashboards in Looker, Looker Studio, and BigQuery, and identifying friction points and improvement opportunities in user funnels.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Analytics/CRO/BI.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Looker/Looker Studio.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Desirable: JavaScript applied to GTM and/or Python.
• Intermediate English (technical reading and writing).
