Job Description
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and evolve digital channel features
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Write detailed acceptance criteria to support development and testing
- Analyze customer behavior, usage data, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with IT, UX/UI, Marketing, Legal, and Security stakeholders
- Maintain visibility over the product backlog and support prioritization
- Support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, reviews)
- Oversee user acceptance testing and validation activities
- Define and execute test scenarios in collaboration with QA teams
- Prepare internal stakeholders for releases and functional changes
