Job Description


  • Collaborate with Product Owners to define and evolve digital channel features

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

  • Write detailed acceptance criteria to support development and testing

  • Analyze customer behavior, usage data, and performance metrics

  • Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement

  • Coordinate with IT, UX/UI, Marketing, Legal, and Security stakeholders

  • Maintain visibility over the product backlog and support prioritization

  • Support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, reviews)

  • Oversee user acceptance testing and validation activities

  • Define and execute test scenarios in collaboration with QA teams

  • Prepare internal stakeholders for releases and functional changes
