Purpose
The Business Analyst, Digital (BA) role is about bringing and delivering innovative, superior, future ready digital solutions around how our customers will purchase / self-serve online. In this role, you will be required to identify and analyze business pain points, gaps, core problems, industry trends and business needs and translate these to tangible business requirements and needs. The BA should be able to clearly articulate, document and communicate the requirements to different stakeholders and drive implementation of new solutions, platforms, models and methods for Chubb's partners and customers. You will be working closely with product/platform/delivery/technology owners to conceptualize, deliver and implement digital solutions and their adoption with partners, customers.
