Design and develop scalable and robust solutions using Duck Creek Billing and Claims modules Customize and configure Duck Creek Billing and Claims components to meet business requirements Collaborate with enterprise teams to ensure seamless integration of Duck Creek Suite solutions within existing systems Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Duck Creek implementations Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments related to changes in Billing and Claims modules Document solution architecture integration workflows and support procedures Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance scalability and maintainability of Duck Creek implementations12 years of experience in PC insurance primarily in Duck Creek Suite implementations Deep domain expertise on Auto Workers compensation

Expertise in requirement elicitation and documentation having worked on complex areas pertaining to Rating different Integrations

Well versed in managing development and testing teams with focus on delivering features in time with quality

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead end to end design and implementation of Duck Creek Billing and Claims solutions aligned with enterprise architecture Collaborate with business analysts stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to refine requirements and deliver optimal solutions Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices across Duck Creek Suite projects Mentor and guide junior and midlevel team members in Duck Creek technologies and solution design Manage project timelines deliverables and coordinate with QA teams to validate solution quality Support change management and ensure smooth deployment of Duck Creek Billing and Claims enhancements
