Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team remotely from Egypt. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and our technical teams. Your primary focus will be to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into actionable functional specifications that drive efficiency and product growth.

You must be comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting and communicating effectively across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.


• Documentation: Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.


• Process Modeling: Map out current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes using flowcharts and diagrams (e.g., BPMN) to identify improvement opportunities.


• Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to validate business assumptions and support decision-making.


• Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between non-technical business units and technical development teams, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.


• Quality Assurance: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet the original business requirements.

Must-Have Characteristics (Requirements)

• Location & Setup: Must reside in Egypt with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.


• Experience: 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.


• Language Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential for international collaboration.

• Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.


• Visualization: Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.


• Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications (CSM/CSPO).


• Regional Knowledge: Experience working with clients in USA
