Business Analyst - EMS

Key Responsibilities Analyze program-level P&L, cost structures, variances, and budget vs. actual performance. Develop Financial models to evaluate opportunities (new business, M&A, Projects, etc.) Develop dashboards and analytical models for revenue, margins, material costs (BOM), labor, overhead, and operational KPIs. Track customer profitability and highlight opportunities for margin improvement. Partner with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to optimize material availability, inventory, and lead times. Perform analysis related to MRP outputs, demand/supply mismatches, and production scheduling. Evaluate supplier performance, purchase price variance (PPV), and cost reduction opportunities. Track key operational metrics such as OTD, yield, scrap, and line efficiency. Participate in cost optimization, operational excellence (LEAN/Six Sigma) and digital transformation initiatives.
