Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering and stakeholder discussions
- Analyze business processes and IT systems to propose solutions
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, and user stories
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
- Support Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning and reviews
- Coordinate and support UAT and defect resolution
- Ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement areas
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as an Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall models
