The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements elicitation, financial systems, and business process documentation. The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment while supporting compliance reporting and process improvements. Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 5–8 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial systems or education sector. Strong understanding of financial data, accounting principles, budgets, and grants. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and financial data analysis tools.
