Business Analyst-FATCA

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong FATCA expertise to support the regulatory delivery of FATCA requirements . The role will focus on interpreting FATCA regulations, translating them into business and technical requirements, and supporting compliant implementation across systems, processes, and controls.

This position will work closely with Regulatory, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Data teams to ensure FATCA obligations for are met accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on FATCA
• Support end-to-end regulatory delivery of FATCA initiatives, including remediation, enhancements, and regulatory change
• Interpret FATCA regulations and guidance and translate them into:
• Business requirements
• Functional specifications
• Data and reporting requirements
