Role Overview: Business Analyst – SAP ECC

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support and drive SAP ECC initiatives across key business domains including Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Marketing & Sales, Finance, and Master Data.

The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT teams, and global counterparts to analyze requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful delivery of SAP ECC–related projects and enhancements. This role plays a critical part in translating business needs into functional SAP solutions aligned with enterprise transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and SAP technical teams for SAP ECC–related initiatives.

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements across SAP ECC modules (SD, MM, FI, MD, Basis).

Support central and market-specific projects by clarifying functional requirements and business processes.

Assist in demand management, ensuring requirements are transparent, well-documented, and prioritized.

Support impact analysis for changes and enhancements in SAP ECC.

Collaborate with Product Owners and PMOs to support project planning, execution, and delivery.

Coordinate with stakeholders across regions to ensure alignment on SAP ECC requirements.

Support test management activities, including test case preparation, coordination, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Provide regular status updates, analysis reports, and insights to project and management teams.

Ensure SAP ECC solutions align with business processes in:Inbound LogisticsOutbound LogisticsMarketing & SalesFinanceMaster Data

Support change management activities, including documentation, training materials, and process clarification.

QualifikationenQualificationsEducational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

Strong experience in the Supply Chain / Logistics domain.

Hands-on functional experience with SAP ECC modules:SD (Sales & Distribution)MM (Materials Management)
