Business Analyst – Global BaaS & API Platforms (AI-Native DX)

At SG Tech, we design and deliver high-impact digital solutions for global clients. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Developer Experience–oriented profile to join a Global BaaS & API Platforms initiative focused on building best-in-class developer experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of API platforms, frontend engineering, and developer enablement, with exposure to AI-native tooling (which can be further developed during onboarding).
Role Overview
You will act as an owner of Developer Experience, helping internal and external developers easily discover, understand, test, and integrate APIs through modern portals, tooling, automation, and conversational support.
The role is suited for a mid–senior profile with strong hands-on frontend and API platform knowledge. Experience with AI tooling is a plus, but not a blocker.
